No one could dislike this yummy peach cobbler

The time of year has come, peaches are here! As you know this is one of the most looked forward to events of the year since its hard to find something as wonderful as the delicious auroma of sweet peach’s filling up the air and causing that silent inner stir of excitement as the first leaves change, and the fall magic begins to sink into your heart. To celebrate this joyous occasion nothing seems more fitting than homemade peach cobbler!

Ingredients

4 cups of freshly sliced peaches 

1/2 cup sprouted khorasan flour 

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup cold butter 

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1 cup rolled oats 

*serves 4

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees 

step 2

arrange freshly peeled and sliced peaches in an 8 x 8 pan

step 3 

Cut up cold butter into small pieces, then mix it in with flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt. Next spread the mixture evenly onto the peaches in the pan. 

Step 4

bake for 30 minutes or until the top has become lightly brown. 

Step 5

enjoy! 

Tips

*Any sprouted flour will work for this delicious treat if don't have khorasan!
